We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Metrabell, acting on our instructions and bound by appropriate data protection commitments.

We may add or change service providers over time. Any new processor will be subject to equivalent privacy and security commitments, and this policy will be updated to reflect the change.
We may also disclose personal data when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Metriant, our users, or others.
06Where your data is stored (international transfers)
Some of our service providers store data outside the GCC. By submitting our signup form, you consent to your data being transferred to and stored in the jurisdictions below:

Google Workspace — United States, with regional infrastructure
These providers maintain their own published privacy and security standards. We have reviewed their terms and rely on their contractual commitments and recognized international transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
07How long we keep it
Signup and subscriber data — kept while you remain on our waitlist or newsletter, plus up to 24 months after our public launch, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Unsubscribe records — if you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your email address so we don't email you again. This record is not used for any other purpose.
Analytics events — stored only in your browser's local storage; not retained on our servers.
Privacy request logs — kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, then deleted.
08Your rights
You have the following rights under the UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, and other applicable GCC personal data protection laws:
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete
Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal exceptions)
Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
Objection — object to certain processing activities, including direct marketing
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing done before
Lodge a complaint — with your country's data protection authority (see Section 14)
We don't charge a fee for handling reasonable requests. If a request is clearly excessive or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act, and we will explain why.
09How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@metriant.co from the email address linked to your record, and tell us which right you'd like to exercise, what specifically you're asking for, and your country of residence.
Response time: we will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. If your request is complex, we may extend this by an additional 30 days and will tell you why.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request — this is to protect your data from being accessed or changed by someone else.
10How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including:
HTTPS / TLS encryption for our website and form submissions
Authenticated email sending (SPF and DKIM) on the metriant.co domain
Access controls limiting who on our team can view subscriber data
Reputable service providers that publish their own security commitments and certifications
No system is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay and in accordance with applicable GCC law (typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach).
11Cookies and local storage
Our site does not use third-party advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or behavioral re-targeting tags.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and to log simple analytics events (page views, button clicks). This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data.
12Children
Metrabell is a business product, not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@metriant.co and we will promptly delete it.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email and post a prominent notice on our site before the changes take effect.
